Worst quality. Seeds are not popping at all.Lots of tiny sands and impurities..Its worst than a worst. Its not at amaranth seeds. They have sent some scrap and named it as amaranth. Its smells bad. Lot of black particles seen. Seeds not popping. No nutrional information in cover
