Ansolutely enjoying this product. I have noticed a significant decrease in cravings and I get the full dealing way quicker with smaller portions. I used to be able to snack and eat non stop but normal "meals" that I could eat before I can no longer finish and it has all started from taking the Forskolin weight loss pill. I've noticed a slight decrease in my waistline but not as much as I would like to. I believe with eating right and excersizing this super pill will help lose the weight faster. I have noticed more energy that I have after taking it and I can definitely tell if I forgot it one day or not. This truely is awesome the way the pill has transformed my eating habits.

I've only been taking this for a week, so I can only tell you that I'm hoping to see some results, not only for weight loss (which is a bonus for me), but to help lower my blood pressure naturally, so I can get off of medication. I do have to say that in the last week, my blood pressure hasn't been any lower and even might be a little higher than usual. BUT, I can judge after only one week of taking it. No weird aftertaste or digestive issues with this capsule. I have tried a few forskolin supplements, and while this one is not my #1, it is definitely a good one. Forskolin has many uses it is used to help with asthma symptoms, appetite control and weight loss.
