INCOTERMS 2020: Obligations, Costs & Risks

For decades, this reference is useful tools for my understanding of standardized terms and condition about trade in order to contract planning.

I recommend this book on INCO terms! It’s easy to read, easy to follow, and is broken down such that a novice like me can quickly come up to speed for my job.

This book is good as a reference for all the incoterms currently in use. However the quality of the book is subpar and is sometimes difficult to read (light print, flow charts difficult to read, etc).

Great book

I have found the book helpful to understand the advantages and pitfalls of using different INCO terms. 2020 and 2021 have proven especially important to think through how best to use. Between storms, trade changes, to the Evergreen getting stuck and port backlogs, know your terms!

This book is written by an anonymous author who actually is the person that mislead the world with nonsense predictions of what Incoterms 2020 would include and would not include. Anyone following this book will be mislead and could end up making costly mistakes! I give it one star because Amazon won't let me give it zero.

Great item & content at a fraction of the price of the ICC version (£15 compared to £44). One reviewer has complained about the quality of the paper and given this item a poor review but I disagree. The quality of the content is there and there has to be a trade off given the price differential.

Tre stelle non per i contenuti del volume, molto interessanti e fondamentali per chi si occupa di logistica per lavoro. La motivazione è data dal fatto che la qualità di stampa in certe pagine è bassa e ci sono molteplici errori grammaticali e dattilografici. A mio parere sarebbe meglio risolvere questi difetti o vendere il prodotto a un prezzo inferiore.

Excellent book- must have for anyone in export, import, logistics, customs or trade law. For anyone in international trade and shipping.
