This product is more expensive than others I have seen out there. I have gotten this product in the past and have really enjoyed it but when it came to order more I just could not make myself pay the higher price for it so I ordered something different. That was a mistake. You get SO much more for your money with this one because it twists up, the one I ordered previously did not.Long story short. I will only be buying this one from now on. It is very black and you can trust it and get a lot more. Worth the money!!!

Got it for my daughter who is beginning in make up use and I want her to use quality products not cheap stuff that has ingredients that you do not know what they are, etc. so I chose Mary Kay even though for a teen I feel it is a bit expensive. However, the product is good quality and lasts well and causes no irritations,etc. We're happy overall with the purchase though I think this is a bit darker than I thought it would be.

I've got oily skin and my eyeliner tends to run or smudge after a few hours of wear. This eyeliner I usually use in combination with Mary Kay eye primer and it stays on unbelievably well. I can fall asleep in all of my eye makeup and still have it on almost perfectly when I wake up (not that you'd really want to do that) but that just shows how well it stays. On its own without the primer I notice a few small smudges depending on how much I put on- which is usually a lot. Still 100 better than any other liner I've used though.

The first thing that was very obvious to me was that the box to this product was clumsily taped shut, so it had obviously been opened. I checked the liner itself and it didn't seem to have been used. When I used it, it seemed to have dried out and didn't glide or deposit the rich color that Mary Kay liners are noted for. So this thing looks like it has been around for a while.Once I used it, I didn't feel right returning it. I'll use it by warming it in my fingers first. Hopefully that will help soften it a bit.I was happy to have found this product at a discounted rate, but my experience has changed my mind back to paying a little bit more by going with the Mary Kay providers :(
