Saving paper is great, and this also forces you to actually file your notes rather than have piles of paper around. The app pings a PDF to your email, Google Drive or wherever, depending on which icon you've circled at the bottom of the sheet. You can predefine which icon leads to which action for the scan.The pen is pretty much as nice as writing on paper but you have to beware of smudging (takes 15 seconds to dry). I think this isn't going to work for a left handed person.My main criticism is that you can't store the pen in the ring spine, like on a normal notepad. So you're likely to lose it. Also the cloth; where do you keep that?Ideally you need a cover, which are sold separately and cost about the same again.

Excellent product, ideal for those of us who want to cut down on our paper usage

I am a note taker - just love to write while on calls or in meetings (for work - not with friends lol). I was going through a lot of notebooks but then what do I do with them? ... had to keep them or shred them in case of confidential info. Such a waste. Saw this and thought it sounded like a good idea. Have had it a few months now and I love it. I have a variety of different coloured pens which I use on it. It's lovely to write on. It's really easy to clean.I thought I would use the app but I rarely use it - works fine when I do.I wonder if I could have bought a cheaper one as I don't use the app but the quality of this is so good it is still worth the cost for me.I use the whole book then rub it all out and start again. I have done this loads of time and it cleans up just like the first time. The rings holding the paper is very strong.Just to be clear - it's not like notebook paper but I really like it - so easy to write on.

Great for teams to share and update with associated apps.

This Rocket book notepad is brilliant, I have been using it now for several months and can't fault it.. the ability to upload notes to the cloud using the app is brilliant, it scans the page and creates electronic copies and if your hand writing is clear it will even convert to electronic docs like word.

I ordered Rocketbook and on opening found out that the Frixion pen is not working at all, I will havw to return now.

After using this for 3 years I can officially say that I regret buying it. I thought this would mean I would never have to buy paper again but the pen refills are very expensive and wastefull, and the paper starts to wear and it becomes very difficult for the ink to adhere to the paper.
