I love Enzymedica but I have taken this twice after surgery and cannot tell if it helped. It doesn't seem to help with swelling as much as the "Repair" does. I can't rate it either way since I saw no visible results.

I had not got this product since 2009 when I had a sinus infection. I just got this product again, and it works wonders on inflammation. I highly recommend keeping this in your cabinet especially if you live where there is a high mold count.

I guess I needed to take two a day to get the full effect.

This is a great product for several reasons, but my usage is because many years ago I had a trigger finger that was going to be operated on for a lot of money. I had started working at a health store, and my boss suggested that I try aSerrapeptase product to stop the inflammation in my finger.
