Great replacement when the old is just to wore out.
Solid construction, snaps tight into place and fits as should. Does not affect any sound lose or other issues. Would recommend to co workers with same headset unit.

Fits like original
I have had mine for 6 years and little by little it's starting to show damage and the Ear piece started to fall apart I seen this item and it made it like new again everything fit like it was supposed to. I will purchase again.
