Good health does not have to be expensive
I use a CPAP machine nightly to sleep. Its so very important to have good equipment. I have been buying these as they are not as expensive as the replacement ones from the CPAP Equipment Companies. Being a person must switch out your equipment every three months or so this helps with the expensive.

The right kind of flexible/custom size.
Well designed to get this mask in extra large and to also be able to get the kit of parts where there is one standard size fits all. Thank you!

XL is the way to go for normal sized noses
First, I own the following sizes (P, S/M, and the XL) and I have a normal sized nose. Of these sizes I would only recommend the XL. The P is tiny, and the S/M is really too small as well. My experience withe the S/M was that it was a bit suffocating and left a bright red (and painful) mark on my nose for days after discontinuing use. I believe the suffocating feeling comes from the fact that it tends to press on the cartilage area just below the nose bone. Even a slight pressure there restricts airflow. Try placing your fingers there lightly, then breath and see how it works for you. For what it is worth the breath right strips are designed to take pressure off of that point so you can breath better. This would led me to believe that the S/M is for a tiny nose and thus is mislabeled. The XL is much better as it rests on the nose bone (I do not know the medical name for that bone :-) ) The XL is still smaller than any mask i have worn so it isn't big by any stretch. For those who care (and I'm not sure why people seem to care) but it doesn't block your vision. I sleep with my eyelids closed so this benefit isn't such a big deal for me. :-) Would like to see respironics provide better information so users could buy the correct piece without having to purchase multiple sizes.

Amazon won't use HSA card
This is a health care product and HSA payment cards are accepted in most other establishments and places. If I could get the price I would order directly outside of Amazon from the vendor who supplies this. The product is a good product and I appreciate the quick delivery from Amazon. Just can't stand the payment issues through Amazon.

Same as more expensive CPAP suppliers
Received same mask as i get from cpap suppliers for 1/2 or less than their price. And no insurance issues. I end up paying for my supplies anyway because i never reach my deductable so why not save some money?I use the wisk mask and headgear and have for 7 -8 years now. Cant use full face because lip/mouth would dry out painfully if i did. Sometimes when u sleep, the mask can open on the side blowing air into your eye (if side sleeper like me) but easy fix. Unhook the air hose, pull the mask away from your face a tiny bit, then reseat and clip hose back to mask. Takes 2-3 seconds and done. Back to sleep. They say to replace every 30 days but i sometimes go 6-7 weeks. You can "feel" when it becomes too soft and needs changing. Thats when it becomes more prone to loosening the seal. Shake out any moisture in the morning and let air dry. I wash once a week and have never had a problem. Never any sinus infection etc.IMO, the best mask on the market.
