Less clutter on my counter

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited when I unboxed the gorgeous dispenser, but when I put it together, the top doesn’t seem to fit snuggly. It sits freely and wobbles around with zero resistance. It’s almost like a gasket is missing or the top doesn’t fit the piece it sits inside. Is this normal? My last soap dispenser was not like this at all. I contacted Kraus support, but they said “we can confirm there is nothing wrong with this unit”, so I will be returning it. If you look at the pics in the Amazon listing, the tube mechanism doesn’t look anything like what I received.
