If I use this indoors on carpet what kind of clean up can i expect? will it leave the carpet wet, or ruined?

I would say it’s not the machine that determines whether the carpet is ruined. it depends on the solution you use in the machine. Imagine if you take the suds from your bubble bath and dump the. In the carpet, you would get that result. At least that’s the result I would get with my homemade solution.

Can a wireless controller be used with this?

The controller that is included is wired, however, it just plugs into the back, so im sure if you could find a wireless controller that fits the plug you would be good to go.

Does this have to be plugged in?

how fast does it recover from shooting snow till the next shooting of snow?

it can go constant until you stop it along with the remote control. i didnt see any stoppage or reason to stop only that the yard was white and covered and looked real and i dont like these types of things. But my autistic son loves the snow and when we dont get it he can make it and its real looking covering the front grass.
