Works sort of, but far from optimal
I tried to send a video signal thru coax but while I tried many channels and standard, irc, and hrc - all I ever got out was a black and white grainy picture. I inputted a clear full color video source that was monitored concurrently on a separate monitor. Also no instructions were included. I'll try it again with a different video source, if that fails I'll lower to one star.

Absolute junk.
Didn't work. Then charged a restocking fee. Wasted ten dollars. Second time I have posted this review.

Nice fidelity
I would love to have given this five stars, it is *way* better than the cheap modulator I had been using. But...I occasionally get a horizontal 'noise' line in the middle of the screen & most 's' have a buzz in them. I have tried it on three different sources & TVs with the same result. Still, it is more watchable than what I was using before.
