The support on this Software is top notch and number 1!!
I really like the design of the software it makes it so easy to program this radio. But I did have a problem with installing the software it kept on asking for disk one. So I called RTSystems and they were able to let me download the software from their web page. This fixed the issue I was having and they also mailed me out a new disk. The new disk arrived in 2 days and now I have the corrected software!!
