Loved it.

A little flimpsy but does the job. It’s a great extra to have if your more advanced stethoscope is out of commission. Definitely won’t hear all the heart sounds, but good for everything else.

My wife is an RN and needed a new stethoscope. We bought a few different models of the adscope (603; 608; 619) as welll littman classic 3.We tested them by listening heart and lung sounds. Heart sound all of them performed well. But for lung sounds, this model 619 performed the least among all of them, but it is also the lightest. The 603 and classic 3 were on par with each other, and were the best.Are there differences? Yes. Is that big enough to make a difference in your needs? You will need to decide yourself. At the end, we kept the 603 and classic 3.

I literally purchased this stethoscope for a photoshoot because I wanted a black and rose gold stethoscope to go with my other subtle rose gold accents 😅! Too much?! Maybe, but my photos turned out great 🤣!! I normally use my Littmann III, but they don’t make one like this. And of course I tried it out on my family, it works just fine. So if you want it for looks, definitely get it. But if you want it for utility, this is a great option if you don’t want to pay Littmann prices!

Can pick up dim sound when checking my blood pressure.

I found it difficult to hear with this. Not the best quality.

I bought an ADC stethoscope many, many years ago in nursing school. It was the best scope, much better than the Littmann's all the others were using IMO. But I ended up leaving it behind at a job, and it "disappeared". I ended up getting some sort of generic cardiac stethoscope about 5 years ago, and while it has served it's purpose, I knew I needed to get back to the ADC brand.This stethoscope is excellent. Very lightweight- it almost doesn't feel like I have anything around my neck! The bell and diaphragm are very sensitive, and the ear pieces mold perfectly. If you have any hesitations about this brand, please don't! This is actual quality at better prices.

I bought this for my daughter, who works for a veterinarian as a tech. She loves its light weight. Win, win!
