I use this as coffee creamer. I put 2 Tbs into a cup of coffee. It mostly dissolves easily, occasionally there are a few small clumps but nothing too bad. The flavor is what you would expect for goat milk, creamy and just a little bit goaty. Fresh goat milk from a local farmer and used within a few days has the least goaty flavor in my experience, but this powder is quite a bit more convenient and I don't really mind the flavor personally. This tastes about the same to me as the goat milk that is sold in most grocery stores, flavor wise, which is to say that it is a little bit goaty. It is by far the best dry powdered coffee creamer I have tried. If the flavor of this (or store-bought goat milk) is too strong for you, you might consider trying to find a local source for fresh goat milk as the fresher milk will have the most mild flavor.

This is the best goat mike powder I have tasted so far. It is so rich and creamy. I enjoy drinking it every morning.

This is a great way to get goat milk into your dog. Before I found this powder product, I was really struggling to order perishable items and where to put it when I got it etc. etc. now it’s easy and delicious.

We live in Washington state and can't believe we are blessed to live in the same state as this wonderful family farm. This goat milk is incomparably superior to anything that we can find in our grocery stores or markets...even the fancy fresh goat milk. We've tried many goat milks over the years (our oldest is 6.5 and youngest 2...all kids need to avoid cow dairy otherwise their body breaks out in eczema.) Our kids both drink it, we mix the non fat with whole for our older child if he needs fewer calories (which is uncommon since he's a good eater). At times we've run out and had to buy the "purple" goat milk in the store but, our kids taste it, say it's gross, and refuse to drink it! We're so blessed to have such wonderfully nutritious food to feed our kids, making avoiding cow dairy even healthier and "greener." The nutritious benefits of goat milk are so fantastic and Mt. Capra does a wonderful job gently preserving those nutrients. As a side note: once I learned they were available locally I switched to purchasing directly from the website instead of Amazon. I appreciate the subscription discount, that I never run out and can depend on the monthly delivery. And I'm much more satisfied with the customer service and to be able to remove Amazon from the equation. I also appreciate the packaging being completely recyclable and/or reusable. Thank you! Can't wait to try more products!

It's not a goat milk as described in the can labels!!! Are you sure that a GOAT MILK?I DIDN'T THINK SO...ANYWAY NO MORE ORDER FROM THIS PRODUCT AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO REMOVED IT FROM AMAZON SERVICES..

I like the taste & quality of this goat milk powder.
