I ordered this for my broken Essential Ph-1. During my first attempt at installation, the screen didn't turn on. I tried rebooting the phone, but that did not resolve the issue. I thought they had sent me a defective product, so I emailed the support that was included in the bottom of the box.They got back to me 48 hours later and offered some trouble shooting tips and even to send me a new replacement screen OR refund my entire order.Their recommendation was to disconnect the battery, then reinstall the replacement screen and then reconnect the batter. This trick worked like a charm and the screen lit back up and was fully functional.The customer support may of been a bit slow, but they got to me in a reasonable manner and provided me with a working solution.If you're in a similar situation, this kit does come with a working LCD Touchscreen, all the proper tools needed to get into the phone and make the repair. You may need to purchase some better adhesive if you want to put the screen back on permanently, but if you're just looking to get into the phone for recovery of data purposes, then this kit will work fine.

Works as ecpected

Difference is unnoticeable compared to the original. I've had bad luck with 4 other screen brands and this is the only one that worked highly recommend.
