Keeps Alcohol Cold For People Who Like To Do Chilled Shots!!!!!!!
The main reason for purchasing this unit was for behind my bar and too keep my alcohol chilled for doing shots. Since the fancy shot chillers cost anywhere from $150 to $400 a unit and generally only chill 1 to 3 bottles, I wanted to keep chill a variety of different shots chilled. Its very hard to find wine chillers that go below 54F. So when I saw this at this price I figured I give it a try. I will say the one downside is with all the shelves in and filled, its sometimes hard to get the bottles out since everything is a tight fit. However you just have to be careful. I've had it 3 months and I love it. It works perfectly for my alcohol and looks great at the same time. The top part i use for my wife's wine and keeps it chilled. I'm not a wine drinker or really know anything about wine, so I cant give you an expert opinion on how it works for that. I have never measured the bottom section to see if it gets to the 46 degrees I have it set at, but at the same time I don't really care. It chills my alcohol and keeps them perfect for doing shots of jack daniels, southern comfort , etc. The smaller bottles of alcohol fit perfectly no matter what the shape however it does make it tight when pulling the shelves out.

Great but imperfect: quiet, clean, effect, but could be a tiny bit more spacious
We seem to have got one of the good ones (much like many other people here)! The cooler is very quiet and is actually stays at the 55F that we set it at. The only downside is that there is no way to turn off the bright LED numbers on the front, so we have a piece of fabric draped over the front of our cooler to allow us to sleep at night (we keep our wine close to our bed :) Also worth mentioning is the fact that larger (longer or wider ones) may take some moving around to find a spot that fits best. The cooler intake in the back of the box sticks out a bit, so there are a few spots that must have a shorter bottle. Our wide Pinot Noir bottles also had to be distributed two-per-shelf, as you can't fit three of them next two each other in this product. Loving the consistent temperature, clean look, and wooden shelves though!

So far, so good with a few minor flaws.
I'm going to echo the general sentiment that other reviewers have shared. This is a nice little wine cooler. I decided on this model for the size, the dual zone feature, and the wooden shelves. The cooler is the perfect size for the amateur wine collector, or for the person that just likes to store wine in the appropriate temperature. I have been a been storing wine bottles from my many wine tours throughout California for some time, and just now decided to get a cooler since I moved and have the room for it. I'm not a serious collector, and don't have more than a handful of nice wines...That's why this is perfect for my needs. So, here's the good and bad of the unit:Pros: Perfect size for my needs. Not many options at the 18 bottle range. The cooler is made of nice materials. It doesn't feel flimsy, and looks very nice in our living room (we have a very open space).I like the dual zone feature, especially since you can make both levels the same temperature if you go through a period where you don't have white wines. Special note**: A dual zone cooler is only necessary if you want to be able to serve red and white wine out of your cooler. To clarify, the proper storage temperature for ALL wines is 55 degrees fahrenheit. That's right, you can store both red and white in one zone, and do it properly. However, if you'd like to be able to pull both red and white wine right out of the cooler and serve it immediately, then you want the ability to store at cooler temps for white.I like the wood frames. They provide a nice look to the unit. The digital temperature gauges are really nice and convenient. I have had no problem getting the temperature exactly where I need it. I have read of others having issues getting the temp low enough. I think it's common sense. If the cooler is in extreme temperatures, it may have difficulty reaching optimal temperatures inside. This is a lower-mid-range unit folks. If you want to spend $1000+ for a wine fridge, your prospects may be better, but let me say, I've had no issues. It's quiet. This is right in my living room and I barely hear it. Now, there is a little bit of sound, but it's more like the sound a typical fridge makes. Now loud or annoying sounds.Cons: The two major cons are pretty simply explained. 1. The unit is too small for some bottles as mentioned in other posts. I could not store two of my nice bottles of wine because they were too long and I couldn't close the door. However, most of my bottles fit. Only one type did not.Second, the shelves are a little small for the unit, and can easily slip out of the guides. This is obviously not good if you have nice wines in the cooler and the shelf falls. The shelves should be a better fit, but I turn it to the side a bit when pulling it out, and no issues. It's up to you how much this would bother you. Again, this is a cheaper model. You have to expect some imperfections for the lower than normal price.

This little guy gets the job done
This little guy is really attractive looking and gets the job done. The fit of the bottles is tight but I fit all 18 bottles in there. For the price, it is really attractive--the wood shelves, stainless steel/glass door and light display make it look high end. I spent hours researching wine coolers and in the end, just got confused so I decided to go with the one that was rated well, reasonably priced and attractive... I couldn't be more pleased.Very little assembly required (just the handle); took several hours to get to goal temp but it got there and is staying there. It is relatively quiet. Delighted with this product.

Good looking cooler
Good looking cooler. The ambient lighting gives it a little extra touch of class. I had read some things in other reviews that I want to touch on. First off this thing is VERY quite. I can hear it if I am next to it but that is about it. Also I had read that a lot of bottles will not fit, I have not had this problem. I put larger diameter bottles on the bottom shelf of each zone, no problem. I imagine there are standard size bottles out there that won't fit but I bet they are few and far between. I also want to say that I have not had a problem with any bottles being too long (not yet anyway). I keep the top at 60 for my reds and the bottom 50 for my whites. This little cooler has no problem at all maintaining these temps. It did take a bit when I initially filled the cooler with room temp bottles to get the lower temp down to 50 (overnight) but it has held study there. We are very pleased with this cooler and if needed would buy another 1
