Unfortunately, on starting the Mac I got an opening screen with a unknown username already filled in, asking for a password (which I was not provided). I managed to reboot the Mac in recovery mode to change the prior users password. After that I was able to setup my account and delete the prior user. The computer now works fine but I gave one star off as the Mac was not setup (reset) correctly to allow for new user to access a blank Mac operating system. I reached out to the seller (unfortunately it was the weekend so responses were a bit slow as I was anxious to use the computer). Responses were polite including an offer to return the device. By the time I got their response, I already found a solution. Had the Mac be setup correctly for a new user to start an initial login, I would have given this purchase 5 stars.

It is a really good product if anyone is like me that you’re scared of this being a scam or fake it’s not it’s really legit. It just seems like a scam because it’s really good on dealYou should buy it im100% happy with it and it arrive super fast for me.

This was an outstanding buy. Great entry into te Apple landscape. Turn the mini Mac on and Apple setup started. After all that was done, I upgrade to Mac OS 15 (Sequoia). Run with lastest version of Mac OS flawlessly. The mini Mac also has security chip T2. Perfect. What a great renew device from seller!

Everyone told me not to get this but I got it anyways because I needed it at the time. First off, It was working completely fine for the first month. The bottom cover wasn’t properly screwed on and now it is showing that im using 90% of my RAM when i dont even have anything opened so I can’t even open any applications. It’s useless right now.
