Such a perfect replica of our girl Sis. Color is right on and the coat is soft and shiny. Not floppy so even stands up. My grand daughter is going to love it

My neighbor recently lost her little Dachshund, Scooter. Little Scooter was blind and a little hard of hearing and also suffered with back problems. He also suffered with bouts of pneumonia which he finally lost the battle with. His owner, my neighbor, was of course devastated as was I when I lost my little 15 year old Shitzu Misty. To help me during this time of grief I sent for a little stuffed Shitzu dog, which helped me tremendously. So when my neighbor lost her little dog I naturally sent for this little plush stuffed Dachshund. My neighbor cried when I agave it to her as she held the little stuffed dog close to her heart. The little Dachshund is soft, cuddly and well made, a great buy for what ever reason.

Puppy is a great size for a child. Looks very life like. Quality is great.

I don't usually rate purchases but this one is amazing. I purchased 3 of these for my grandchildren as they had to put down their black and tan dachshund last September and the kids were missing him terribly. Still many nights of tears. So I thought that I had one of my own they fought over to sleep with when here I might as well buy them each their own to have for night time cuddles and hopefully it'll help with their grief. It is very well made (nothing has opened up or stuffing falling out at all), It is pretty close to the size of a mini-dachshund which their dog was and it is supper soft and easily cuddle-able. No hard parts to it. Sturdy and stands on it's own, very lifelike (as close as you can get with a stuffed animal) and I have looked at many, bought a couple I wasn't happy with, but this one is truly the best. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a dachshund, to anyone looking for a soft cuddly dog for a child that can't have the real thing. Love, love, love it!!!!

Such paws, such honkable nose, very soft.

Wish his nose was a little longer and narrower, but the little guy is well made, nicely packed, and a good size. My old guy dachshund (14+) decided he was a new puppy, has taken him over, sleeps with him and doesn't understand why the toy won't attack him - no matter how many times he lunges at him... We all know what little idiots our weiner dogs are. :DThis would be a good gift. My only concern had to do with the packaging - the toy was STUFFED into a plastic zip-top bag that was at least 2 inches shorter than the toy - lots of re-positioning finally got the legs, nose and ears back in place. Can the producers really not afford to use a larger packaging bag? The box was enormous!

I got this for my mom for Christmas. Her dachshund just passed away and I wanted to get her something she could snuggle with. She loves it. It’s a good stuffed animal. Well made.
