This is a good hobby thing for entertainment. It is not all that easy, and the parts can be fragile. I am still working on it, and it has been fun. Not a one day project. The parts are well cut and labeled, and the instructions are pretty good. They still need to be read carefully, and time cannot be of the essence.

Bought it for my 13 old son, he didn't care much for it so I (the dad) decided to put this together myself. My wife likes puzzles and used to spend a lot of time putting them together, I think this is an equivalent for guys. Great time killer (we don't have much free time so it took a while) and has a soothing, almost therapeutics effects, calming you down, esp. when things are not going well. Fairly well made, pieces are easy to break away from the assembly even with bare hands, but I used small knife occasionally for smaller pieces. Pieces snap together well for the most part, I had to use small tools (like a small screwdriver) in tricky places on rare occasions. If you want the thing to stay together for awhile (like months/years) you might want to put some glue selectively, but it will stay together for a few months even without it (as long as you don't drop it/step on it). There were couple places where things did not fit very well so I had to cheat and skip pieces/cut to make them fit (specifically, in the back, around the back wheels). It's possible I misunderstood some instructions though. Instructions themselves are pretty good, large size pictures with instructions, some QR codes for videos for tricky steps. All in all a very nice gift, probably for either older kids or for adults. Will probably get another one eventually.

It's not my first wood puzzle, at first I was not thrilled to see it's not even half the size of others. So I didn't have high expectations because I was worried about the pieces might be too thin and fragile. But I was pleasantly surprised the pieces were solid and fit together very well. I still broke a few pieces while trying to force them into slots, but either spares were provided, or they held together tightly, didn't even need glue. And the design was incredibly detailed. Very fun!

This was a lot of fun for me and my nephew to do together. Says no glue needed but so pieces would not stay together without it just used dries clear wood glue work very well. Also some pieces are extremely fragile
