Does it have a glossy or flat finish ?

Its glossy because its for the exterior of the car, to show a "shine" on the vynil. And you need a heat gun to make it stick. It will not stick by just applying it. I wrapped the interior of my car in carbon fiber and since i dont have a heat gun, i used a hair blower. And it work super nice.

Can it be removed easy without harming cars paint?

Yes, I use it to protect paint from the rubbing from the hood pin cord , I peel off and change every few months with no issues

How do you install this?

It takes patience. You have to make sure that the surface is clean. Lay out the vinyl then use use your hand or squeegee to apply it. you may have to use a heat gun or hair dryer to soften up the vinyl so that it will lay down properly especially around corners and edges all the while making sure you get the bubbles out. it's like applying a screen protector on a phone, just thinner material but it's pretty easy.
