The media could not be loaded. Fast shipping. Great packaging! Testing worked as expected. Haven’t had to used it for real, but it’s live and ready if needed. I’m only 35, but we live in the country and you never know what can happen if someone’s visiting and has a heart attack.

The product seems great, luckily we didn't need it, however after 4 months it started beeping. I think it needs a new battery. I figured it would be under warranty since the battery lasts 4 years or 200 shocks. Now the problem is neither myself nor Amazon can get ahold of anyone at Philips. They keep saying "wrong department" and transfer me either back to their own dept to tell me again, or to a dead end line that hangs up on me. $1700 down the drain?

Great item, as described. Fortunately we have not had to use it, but the training program is smart and very easy to follow! Excellent transaction. Would buy again!
