TSM 55-60mm (2 1/8" - 2 3/8") Natural Beef Middles

I gave this product 4 stars because it's better than just ok, it's exactly as advertised. Just be aware these middlings aren't edible and the size can be a bit misleading as they're more like a large sausage than a salami. Still, it's exactly what I was looking for and it came in on time and nicely packed in a sturdy, re-usable plastic bucket so I give it 4 stars.

They are just what we wanted for salami making! They are working out great! And, our salami is coming out wonderful.
