Good quality, great content
The best investment I did recently even my therapist told me is amazing to do an introspection and think about our history and what make us be the way we are.

Dig Deep
This self reflection book asks questions that make sense in the order they’re presented. This book went much deeper than other “books about me” that I’ve completed.

Better than most
Having been a psychotherapist for 20+ years, I thought I had done all the personality exercises imaginable. This little book, however, is quite good. It brought up some things I've never considered and new insights I have found useful.
