Superb stuff!
You feel it working within 30 minutes, this is insane! Super effective! Worth the cost. Also this company really knows what they are doing with their vitamins, not just a random brand that is trying to make a buck off of you. High quality ingredients! Helps a lot if you’re deficient in folate
I recently found out I was defiant in folate. I did some research and learned that this product can help with low mood and even sometimes with anxiety along with fatigue. I figured I would give this a shot since I didn’t have anything to lose. I’m about a month in and really feel a difference in my anxiety levels and I definitely have more energy! So far, I’m loving this product and will most likely continue to order it.

Very good qulity
I carry the gene that does not process Vitamin B unless it is methylated. I can tell this is a good product based on how my body reacts to it. It does not run me down like the standard vitamin B does. I have a bit of energy from them as well. I have been buying this product for over a year. I switched and felt the difference and came back to this brand.

Pure Methylation
If you can't stomach Vitsmins it could be that you have a gene mutstion; MTFR. Research this so you can arm yourself with thr right information and get the nutrients from taking Methyl B vitamins suvh as found in tjis B Complex. I am so glad I learned about it and am not taking it properly because I and my husband were lacking in B vitamin *defiency this important. Thank you Codeage!
