One feel apart trying to place it on the roller bar
The rollers are difficult to place on the roller bar. One fell apart, literally split in half, trying to force it on the bar. When one is damaged the whole set is useless. I will have to find a whole new set.

Saves money but takes time
Hardest part is getting the rod out of the scanner to remove the old pieces. Works perfect after replacing the exit feeders. 100% worth the time to do it!

Just be careful while removing the roller rods to remember to rotate the brass end locking pins so make removal easier without breaking the plastic retention.
