No noticeable difference, a complete waste of money. Ignore the flashy video displaying clear ‘ dark circles’… does nothing 😡

Lumin Dark Circle Defense Balm
This balm is dispersed with a pump and a little goes a long way. It feels lightweight on the delect eye area and does not leave skin feeling dry. It is a gel like consistency with a very light pleasant smell.
