Great for small dogs with sharp teeth! Buy it.
Love Kong Knots! Our Chihuahua mix shredded regular stuffed toys within minutes. Kong Knots have an internal skeleton of knotted rope, making them durable and even able to stand up to tug of war between dogs. They do come in different sizes: this is the Extra-small that PetSmart doesn't even carry. I got this one for our new Chihuahua puppy, and she loves it just like her big sister loves hers.**(Note: I would've said they were Indestructible, but the 2 dogs working together "killed" a Kong Knots Bear one size larger by trying to rip his spine out. Bright side: we finished removing his skeleton and the 2 dogs love playing tug of war with that. So, even destroyed, the value and utility remains intact). **

Cannot have enough!
My dog is a very aggressive chewer, especially if there is a squeaker involved! I originally purchased this toy at a pet store, and watched my dog go crazy for it. I figured this toy wouldn't make it through the day, surely he would have it gutted in no time. To my surprise, it stood up to some serious chewing for a few days before succumbing to its injuries. My favorite part(s) of this toy are that 1- it has minimal stuffing, so that means minimal clean up. 2- when the outer toy is destroyed, it becomes a whole new rope toy!We have a great time with these toys, and I will only buy them through Amazon now! I like to buy 5 or so at a time, so I always have a back up!

Tiny Bear Toy Survives Toy-Shredding Brittany dog!
My little rescued Yorkie male has to sleep with this toy. My dog is small and so is toy. I have several saved in case I misplace....it is THAT important to this dog. The bear toy was just looking old and matted until our "toy slayer Brittany one-year old DOG" found and tried to destroy. She was able to shed the bottom into ropes but the top half survived minus the squeaker. It has a little place to put a new sqeaker and so this toy went back to the Yorkie until I could remember where I had hidden the replacements. To survive our Brittany is rare honor and I give our bear toy 5 stars!

Dangerous Toy
I was looking for a well made small dog toy with minimal stuffing as my last dog had to have surgery for intestinal obstruction due to swallowing stuffing. I purchased this toy based on Kong’s reputation and the toy was described as sturdy with minimal stuffing. It didn’t take long for my 8 lb dog to chew a hole in the nose and start pulling out stuffing. The head is full of stuffing. I pulled out all the stuffing but then my dog managed to pull out the squeaker. Poorly made and dangerous toy.

Holding up well a month in!
My golden loves this toy. I didn't realize when I was ordering it with some of the other knots toys that this was a tiny one. But my dog was super excited about it and likes caring it around in his mouth. Like the other knots toys, this seems to be well made. My dog generally ignores more durable toys but likes the stuffed animals (which inevitably get destroyed), but he enjoys playing with this and I love that it's just stuffed with knotted rope so it doesn't easily rip!

Very small
This a very small toy. I should have paid attention to size. I guess that is why it was so cheap.

Good at first but won't be reordering it any more
This was great the first 5 months of my puppy's life. It was his favorite toy and the only one he never broke. Then one day it happened; the seams gave and he had it ripped to pieces in minutes. We figured 5 months is a really great track record when most toys don't last longer than 5 hours. We've stopped getting cloth toys entirely because he just destroys them so quickly it was a waste of money, but we decided to reorder this one.Sure enough, within a few hours of getting his new Kong bear, he had it ripped to shreds and was dragging the rope innards around. He still loves it to death (whenever he finds scraps of it somewhere he'll chew on them and drag them around) but it's not something we can afford to replace any more because it just doesn't last now that he's wise to its weakness.
