Not of any value. Worthless- like taking an aspirin. I have been taking probiotics for some time and thought I'd give these a try, but they are worthless. Going back to my old brand.

This was my first experience with probiotics and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. I am slightly surprised just how much of a change this has affected with my body. I know my diet leaves a lot to be desired but I had no clue just how ineffectively my body was processing my diet. I have to say that I feel much better and my chronic stomach issues have been reduced dramatically and I no longer feel bloated and uncomfortable by the act of just eating.I feel like my body is much more efficient now and thats a great thing. I'm also experiencing far less indigestion and heartburn, which have been problems for me my whole adult life. I no longer feel completely miserable by my stomach and that's truly a wonderful thing. I also can say that these supplements are great because they are odor free and they don't leave a taste in your mouth. They are also very reasonable as far as price is concerned and upon reviewing the nutritional information it appears that they are able to compare to some of the more well known brands out there without a second thought. This didn't give me any digestive issues and I am quite pleased with the results so far.

I enjoy taking probiotics. I do not have the best diet, but these are a great supplement to aid in my body becoming more healthy. I take a concoction of vitamins to try to be as healthy as possible.If you're looking for simple probiotics, these are great. I imagine they have similar effects as yogurt would have. I added these recently to my diet. I think it helps my digestion more than anything and hold a regular schedule in that sense.I did receive these at a discount or free in exchange for my honest review. I understand how important reviews are in a consumer's view of a product.For these, I take one a day so it is a 2 month supply. Along with some amino acid pills, these really do a good job of keeping me healthy and keeping my body working correctly even when my diet isn't the best. I don't recommend having a bad diet, but if you do maybe these can help a bit.I am very happy with these and plan to repurchase once I run out. The pills do not have the usual weird smell of probiotics which makes them much easier to take.I'll update my review if anything changes.

These have worked very well for me! With probiotics i feel that it can be hard to tell if they are working or not but i have noticed that my stomach generally feels better and i have been experiencing less discomfort since taking these for a few weeks.I initially wanted to try these after being on antibiotics for a while to get over a cold which had really messed my stomach up. I recieved my probiotic supplement in a timely manner and in good packaging. I decided that I wanted to take a extra supplement so that I could be kept regular. I generally dont have any problems with digestion and try to eat a healthy balanced diet but have recently started taking a medication that doesnt keep me as regular as prior to taking. This is great for counteracting that effect and works perfectly for me on daily supplement. Everyone can benefit from taking probiotics whether from food consumption or by taking a extra capsule (biodigest makes it pretty darn easy!). Living a healthy lifestyle starts within the gut and we must take care, especially if you do not have a healthy diet and need help digesting red meats.
