Akame ga KILL!, Vol. 4 (Volume 4)

Volume 4 of Akame ga KILL focuses on Tatsumi's training with fellow Night Raid members. Much more character development is shown among the Night Raid members and you start to get attached to the characters more. The same with the Emperor's forces, a new squad called the Jaegers is created under General Esdeath and we have character development right on par with the Night Raid members. It's certainly satisfying because we the audience get to understand the characters more and how their goals led them down this path in life. This is one of the most intense parts in Akame ga KILL! Arguably the most iconic general of Akame ga KILL makes an appearance. This general may be one of the most terrifying enemies you'll probably ever encounter in the Akame ga KILL series. So much tension musters up with excitement that you can't help but be thrilled to see General Esdeath in every page and panel! My sone loved the series and it improved his reading comprehension.

Things get interesting in this book. We see a bit of Esdeath’s personality and how she reacts when she loses something important to her. We also get to see how Night Raid is handling the loss of another member. In the end though, we get to see why Esdeath is one of the best and how deadly her new squad is. Things ramp up with a cliff hanger and it looks like it could spell trouble for the whole group.

Thanks a lot will soon be ordering vol. 5 and 6. And hopefully, if God Spare life the full collection.

Great packaging and very good reading material

As great as always and receiving a day early of its release is always the best. My favorite manga EVER!!! Of course thats my opinion and everyone has their own, so I strongly recommend you get Vol. 1 and try it for yourself!

Had to buy this cause Barnes and nobles messed up and gave me #5. This manga is amazing though and it came in great condition.

Este libro ha sido el mejor de los 4 hasta ahora. Me encanto que tuviera más páginas a color y la calidad de las hojas mejoro aún más. Se sienten más gruesas y menos porosa, aunque a esto le resta la facilidad en la cual se pueden ondular, pero con unos libros de más en el librero es más que suficiente para corregir esto. Venía en perfecto estado. No le encontré ningún error al empastado. Buena calidad en una obra maestra.

Standard manga volume dimensions but better quality paper than most. I really liked the little touch of having the first page coloured.

I had to buy it for Esdeath. Not so much action in this volume but worth it only because of Esdeath.

My son says they are good which is high praise for him so I'm giving them 5 stars!
