Great taste for mushroom coffee. Lion’s Mane is a must for any morning mushroom coffee!! I have tried MudWtr, Dose, Cuppa, Ryze & Four Sigmatic Focus and Calm. I am very sensitive to caffeine, if I have 1 energy drink I get a headache. But I love the taste of coffee, the feel of lion’s mane, & the energy of caffeine. Four Sigmatic & Dose are similar. Cuppa is more stimulating & the taste is a bit off but still good. MudWtr does not mix well. Ryze is creamier which is nice. I enjoy the packets for when I am out of town. I love mushroom coffees, I feel it’s best to try all of them before committing to just one. I do enjoy Four Sigmatic Focus in tge morning & Calm around 3pm for a pick-me-up. I have an instant filtered hot water dispenser on my sink so making it is a breeze. Pour packet, pour hot water, mix, add plant milk or protein milk, add ice, creamer & stir.

I love this coffee. I was so afraid to try mushroom coffee because I (wrongly) assumed it would taste like drinking mud. Well, it does not! It tastes like coffee. I drink it black but you can add creamer, sugar, butter, whatever you want. I had zero trouble switching low caffeine mushroom coffee - no headaches, no jitteriness, no nausea.

My favorite mushroom coffee for years. The taste is amazing. I say this because I do not have to add a sweetener. But the convenience of single packs and instant mixing makes it a must have in my backpack to work or traveling.

Just received my order today and finished my first cup! Initial thoughts-- taste is fine, definitely not an amazing cup of coffee, but tastes on par with other instant coffees. I made mine a latte, so I didn't notice any mushroom taste or texture, no issues with it dissolving. I don't feel as jittery as with a normal cup of coffee, and I'm extra sensitive to caffeine right now, so most people probably wouldn't get jitters at all. I got this because I'm pregnant and completely crash every afternoon, but if I drink a second coffee I won't sleep a wink, so hopefully I sleep tonight! Will update with results :)I don't like that the only option is a tiny box of 10 single serving pouches. I'd much prefer a bigger container with a scoop, or at least more servings per box.

I got the package ok but my email showed some other item that was delivered to a different address and I think the driver put the wrong picture for my address I was hoping I didn't get charged for it under my name as i was trying to find the order number but couldn't. but the coffee taste good.

I was nervous to try this but it tastes great. I’ve noticed a difference in alertness compared to regular coffee. I don’t get the jitters or the crash like I would for basic coffee itself.

This stuff is gross. I've tried two different varieties and they're both absolutely rancid. Granted, I don't like mushrooms and was hoping I could use this to obtain the benefits in a painless way, so to speak. By itself, it's BAD. So much so that even if you mix other things in to disguise the flavor, the original taste overpowers everything. I live with someone who LOVES mushrooms. They tried it and spit it out. Masking didn't work for them either. I put up with the taste of torture and still did not receive any benefits from the mushrooms or product, nothing it claimed. My energy levels, focus, none of it improved. It's also expensive so value for money is also bad. Buying a concentrated mushroom supplement or pill would probably work better than any of these. I still have both of the products and I did try again after a period of time had passed. It was just as gross. Then I learned about the prop 65 case and the lack of scientific backing for the company's claims. I checked again while writing this review. As of 2 days ago, Health . Com published an article by registered dietician, Jillian Kubala, titled What Is Mushroom Coffee. The article was medically reviewed (and given the go-ahead) by Jamie Johnson. One notable piece of information explains that any measured health benefit that may occur from "mushroom coffee" are solely related to drinking coffee, not necessarily mushroom coffee. Since this product partially contains coffee, I would bet that any studies of potential benefits from these Four Sigmatic products are not due to the additives, but the coffee. I tried to go through Amazon at the time but since I didn't purchase from the brand's website, the money back guarantee didn't apply. Considering the price, it definitely soured an already poor experience.
