Ideal Inverter for use in my Motorhome. The size and weight are important and the inverter is very quiet in use

Fitted underneath my 4x4 due to its IP rating and hasn't let me down yet, been through a few splashes too!Due to be being fitted under the car the remote is how I mainly operate it and it's great, I have it run of two lesuire batts fitted also underneath ran off a split charge and seems to handle loads okay!(It is a replacement from a failed inverter and out shines it's predecessor)Seems to hold up power wise okay also when a heavy load goes on, like grill when camping for example, the fan will kick in after a while but it wont stay on like conventional ones it will cool down and turn off which i like!I actually can't fault the inverter at all it's great!Would recommend, think it's total load from me at the moment has only been about 12-1300 w so still got some yet to give and test!Will update if anything changes (sept 24 - 2 months of use)

no ac power and warning triangle on the screen, only used it once and wont work and the battery cable sparks when connected.

Put this in my camper van,simple to conect to battery's, and runs everything I need use,no problems so far,very happy with it.

Have used this over the last month in my camper van mounted near my wheel arch inside. Seems to cope well with up to 1500w, haven’t gone higher yet. Simple and the remote is really great so you can hide the bulky unit. I’ve tried a few inverters now and most don’t deliver even half the wattage advertised, this copes well so far. I’ve had kettles on it for 30 minutes and an ice machine rigged up all day over several days and it’s worked a charm. The audible alarms for low battery are useful too.Word of caution: I recommend at least 4AWG wiring if you are not connecting this directly to the battery, otherwise the heat will cause problems, I had to change my wiring due to this. Check a wire gauge calculator for 12v 2000w (170amp) over the distance you are using and put an appropriately sized breaker in there too to avoid resistance issues.

This now completes the garage to run of grid. A 100 watt solar panel with a 110 amp leisure battery & now the 2000w Pro Power Inverter. The LED lights run straight from the Solar panel. This 2000w Pro Power Inverter isn't having any problems with running my power tools. It won't run my still saw & hover at the same time but that's really not a problem, after using the still saw for a cut I then switch on the hover to collect the dust from the pipes. If you really needed those to run at the same time then you will need a bigger power inverter but as for me am a small DIY person & It's working well for me. I do still have my mains connected just in case I run out of power on the battery but I might get another one but time will only tell. The control panel is great, walk in the garage & can just switch it on/off from there. 5 stars for me right now. This isn't been used every day mainly at the weekends. It does seem to run quite and as yet not found it to be running hot. Would recommend if you don't need any more than 2000w of power.
