Bought this to illuminate the back seat area for my daughter. It isn't extremely bright but adds the right amount of light for her to enjoy being in the back at night. Doesn't bother driving at night. Almost like a cool little night light for your vehicle.

I use this in my backseat and my plug down at the feet area and gives off a good amount of blood of blue light. I have really dark tinted windows, so just add a little bit of some thing for the backseat when I’m not needing to use my plug in the back, if you’re planning on using it up front I think it would be a little blinding when driving depending on the location of your USB port have had this item for several months now very happy with it. I’ll leave it plugged in so anytime I’m out on the road. It’s always running. It has not burnt out. I have probably had it for four months or close to it if it works to burn out today, I would buy another one without any hesitation

I bought this light for the interior of my 2015 Civic that does not have any light in the floor area It's very bright high Kelvin light (color temperature rating) so that if it is in your direct line of sight in your auto's power port it is annoying to say the least. I tried the blue but I would imagine that all of the light colors have the same Kelvin rating and would be equally as distracting to drive with at night.

Looks and works exactly as described I have had it for almost a week and have found no defects or problems if you're looking for an item like this I would extremely suggest picking one up

I'm giving 3 stars because it does light up the cabin with a nice blue. Maybe a little too bright cos it's hurts my eyes a little when I look in the area it's in. Just a heads up.... in our vehicle anyway (KIA Sorento 2017)..... it stays on when the vehicle is off. You have to plug n unplug everytime. I definently would have not purchased had I known that. I'll find another use for it tho. 🤷‍♂️

Great item

I really like the color and how easy it is to install. Works great in the laptop and the car console. Disadvantages : if enclosed with other items in a box, they just throw it in there in a very small envelope within the packing. Another disadvantage- it’s pricy. Good thing it was free shipment, otherwise I would not buy it. But if you want quality, buy it. You will not be disappointed.

For me to both write a review AND include a photo is a rare phenomenon! But I was compelled to share my joy at finding a simple fix to my problem of dashboard darkness. I complained to the Mazda dealership, shocked that they didn’t see this as problematic, especially with these newer electronic cars with infotainment controls below the dash. Lack of light can be a safety issue. Until I found these, I thought I’d have to buy those party strip lights. But this mini light just pops into a usb port & VOILA! light! And only for $6. I’m ordering more, some to put into Xmas stockings of family/friend drivers. I’ll make this a car-themed gift Xmas. P.S. I’ve run into a major problem. It pops in easily, but I can’t get it out! I’ve tried uxsing a rubber glove for grip; I’ve even tried pliers.

This is a very cheaply made product and came apart immediately and was then stuck in our USB port in the truck had to use tweezers to get ahold of it to pull out. Don’t waste your money!
