Q: Is this oven proof? ie can you use it to line a baking tray?

Yup that's kinda the point. It replaces aluminium and baking paper for me. It WILL stain when not oiled up a little, but it's completely functional and survived my average baking heat of 230 Celsius. After I tend to soak it in some dish soap, scrub it down with the soft side of the sponge, and then lay it out to dry flat on a kitchen towel, and that's it. It's really great, won't save you loads of money considering how cheap tinfoil and baking paper are, but it's nowhere near as wasteful.

Q: What is the thickness of this mat?

It is 0.5mm - 1.0mm. Very thin but great size overall and very useful.

Q: Is this mat non slip on both sides and would it be possible to mark it with a pen or indelible marker? I am looking for a craft mat really. Thanks

Q: Anyone used this to line their air fryer? This is what I am thinking of after cutting to shape.

It is BPA free so I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work although I would just check that your air fryer doesn't exceed the melting point of silicone
