This book is very helpful in its description of many breeds of chickens and other barnyard fowl. There is detailed information on each breed and many beautiful pictures to help identify your birds.

Love this book! Gives you clear pictures! Has standard breed size many more bantam breeds than I have seen in other books. The clear color photos were great, and are helping me truly decide among other research which chickens I will start with in my flock.

Fascinating book and a must-have for any chicken coop.

Pictures and descriptions are great but a number of breeds are missing. I did enjoy looking through it.

I enjoy reading this! It does have pictures but it has doesn’t have that many breeds in it. However I’d does give some cool information about each chicken:duck/turkey breed and how it originated. Honesty could get this information free online.

very helpful to read on the chickens you are looking into getting. My daughter even enjoyed it because of how well the photos are with information.
