Good Quality Vitamin
Came as described. Nicely sealed and packaged. They don’t cause any stomach upset as long as they are taken with a meal like the directions say. They don’t really have a taste in my opinion but they are easy to swallow with coffee in the morning.

Best economical multivitamin/mineral supplement.
I have been using NOW Daily Vits for some time and am very satisfied. If you do a comparison with other multivitamin/mineral supplements in the same or slightly higher price range, they are clearly the most complete. The quality is reliable and consistent. The range of minerals exceeds most brands, and this even contains additional ingredients, such as lutein. I also like the fact that it contains a modest dose of chelated iron. From my research, you would have to pay double the price to obtain a product that might be more complete, or perhaps meet a particular personal preference or need. When comparing vitamins and especially mineral supplements, it is very important to note the form in which the ingredient is provided. Chelated minerals, for example, are absorbed many times better than non-chelated forms. NOW has done an excellent job of packing a lot of value in a low price, basic Daily.

I will only purchase Now brand vitamins. They don't add GMOs or gelatin. I am vegan and these are the perfect multivitamin.

Multi vitamin w/iron for vegetarians!!
So hard to find vegetarian multivitamins with iron, these are perfect! Our family has found good efficacy, value and consistency in Now supplements.
