Auric Blends Egyptian Goddess Roll-On Perfume 1/3 oz

This Oldie but Goldie is 1 of my all time faves, even since high school (20+ yrs ago!) that smells exactly the same! It's just not as super long lasting, not lasting days on clothes like it used to. If you don't remember the late 90's ;) then I'd say..This is a roll-on, so it's easy to carry around to freshen it up. I get compliments from men, women & all in between about the unique flowery/light musk/hippie-ish, hard to describe scent every time I wear it. It does have some longevity on your clothes & skin if layered...or as I mentioned, toss it in your bag! Young & not familiar? Try it if like yourself, you like something different!

I think people are sleeping on this scent. The smell is a head turning smell.judt roll on be hind the ears and there you go smelling good and turning heads all day long!

I am beyond disappointed. I first came across this wonderful perfume oil back in 2007. Since that time I have bought it several times. However I had the remainder of a bottle, but since I did not want to be without it I went ahead and ordered another bottle. Then a couple of weeks later I got the feeling I should test the new one that I had purchased and am I ever so glad that I did. It had basically NO scent whatsoever. At first I thought it might have been my sinuses acting up so I asked my husband whom has extraordinary smell receptors. I just put it right under his nose and asked him how it smelled. My husband being a man :) was not paying close attention enough to see what it specifically was. But he immediately said, " I don't smell anything". So it was not just me. I then put some on, and honestly in the past every time I wear it, before I make it back home someone comments on how good I smell, but not this time. I did not get one comment and I was around several different areas with a lot of people. So I started the return and instead of getting my money back I choose to have a replacement sent. It arrived promptly and it had the nice lovely smell I am use to. So all is well right, well I thought so, then today, (after having finally used up the originally bottle that I have literally had for 3-4 years or more, (yes I had it that long because I went a while without wearing any perfume). The thing is, after all that time that particular bottle still had the same amount of wonderful smell it had when I had first purchased it all those years ago. Not so with this second replacement bottle. So at this point I am really so disappointed that I am not sure what to do. Is the third time the charm or am I going to be disappointed yet again? It is even more sad because with my particular body chemistry I have a hard time finding a perfume that works well for me and I had this one but now do I have to start the search all over again? What to do, what to do? I truly hope it was just a bad batch and not that the company has started skimping on making their what at least use to be their wonderful perfume oils.

I dont know why I kept reading reviews on how it doesnt last well. I do Hot Yoga (which is doing yoga for an hour or more in a room of 110 degrees with humidity) and after you get out of hot yoga your are DRENCHED IN SWEAT! everyone is! and it looks like you just got out of the pool. I let my friend try this perfume with me before we went to do hot yoga together, and when we came out we were like WOW WE CAN STILLLLL SMELL THIS! I used it before work a few times and now its stuck to the sleeves of the shirt from me putting it on my wrist, it always smells amazing on my work shirt week after week- its amazing! The smell is a little faint, but thats not necissarily a bad thing. Guys always love a faint smell on a woman, when its so strong that you can smell her from 5 yards away everyones thinking YIKES! I think that how faint it is actually makes it sexyy. Im buying more once i run out. Oh one downside though is that i was downtown seattle in the CD and i walked into a walgreens, there it was in wallgreens for 5 bucks. Idk, thats a bit odd and takes away some value of the perfume when i know i could get this at a local wallgreens in some places, but i honestly dont care its still a great perfume.

I’m a huge fan of the 80s Egyptian oil scent. This is the authentic scent however, the strength of the scent is not there, and doesn’t last as long as the 80s roll on did. However, I did give it five stars because it does match the scent profile.

This has been my signature sent since the 90’s. It’s almost a weapon because I know that whenever I wear it, people will just go crazy over it. However, I’ve noticed that the longevity is not as strong as it used to be. If I drove someone’s car, they would comment that the seatbelt smelled like it weeks after or if I put on someone’s coat, they would comment how long lasting the fragrance was. Now it seems to be a thinner solution that does not last as long. It’s still my favorite, but I do think the formula has changed.

THIS is the best Egyptian Musk I’ve ever tried. THIS is the scent that had 2 gay men kissing my neck in a club back in 1994. My other colleagues complimented me endlessly. That’s how good this is. I’ve been looking for this for decades. Please never stop selling it! BUY IT.

This was my favorite oil but now they've skimped it down so much that there is no scent at all

Meh. Did not live up to the reviews or the hype. My husband was strangely repulsed by the scent.
