Yes, I'm a shaving addict. I shaved my face in my head on a daily basis. I have gone back and forth over the decades using blades, and electric shavers. This Remington shaver is very very good. The only electric shaver that I've used that provided a closer shave is my Andis face shaver. I use this shaver on my face and on my head as a change of pace shaver and I really enjoy using it. It's an outstanding value as far as cost to performance.

This shaver shaves pretty closely, similar to the Braun 3040s I've used for the last 2 years. Also very easy to clean - I just remove the top and run under hot water. Another thing I like is that it will shave longer hairs on my neck because of the middle bar between the 2 screens - unlike the Braun which misses those longer hairs. However, the Braun beats the Remington when it comes to the trimmer. About the only thing you can use the Remington trimmer for is evening out the bottom of your sideburns. On the other hand, I use the Braun trimmer to trim my mustache as well as my sideburns (and the hairs on my neck the shaver didn't cut). Also, this is the bottom of the line shaver, so it takes 16 hours to charge the battery and there is no indicator telling you how much charge you have left. So, it's a mixed bag. A budget shaver that shaves well, but without a good trimmer and a few nicer features.

This is my 2nd purchase of this product in 5 years. It's a quiet, and efficient electric razer. I have found that you shouldn't leave it plugged in all day and night. The batteries last longer, if you only charge them when necessary

I've owned a couple versions of this over the years and finally got one for my father. This thing holds a charge for weeks and will work every time you need it. The only issue with these bar-style razors is the foil over the blades is somewhat prone to damage if you travel with it. It includes a cover...but I like to live dangerously 🤣

I really wanted to give this shaver a chance. Using a Phillips OneBlade now, for past few years. Messy; whiskers fly all over the place. But it works and doesn't damage my skin. Before that, Braun and Panasonics. Those are ridiculously expensive now ($300-400) so I thought I'd go cheap and get this one. This Remington? Will shave chunks off your face. There's a huge gap between the trimmer blades in the middle and the foils on either side...your skin goes in and you are missing a chunk. I can feel the damage all over when applying aftershave; it must really abrade the skin all over. The pop-out trimmer doesn't work at all and must be held up with your thumb or it will collapse. It is easy to clean, which is its only good point. You should hard pass on this one.

I decided to "upgrade" to Remington rather than buy the cheap Chinese knockoff I have been using before. sadly this seems to take longer than the cheaper one. I have to go back and forth many times to get the same close shave I got off my cheap Chinese foil electric razor. it does seem more durable and better made, yet paradoxically the shaving results are worse
