Genuine review from a user/buyer These patches work fantastic over my Freestyle libre 2+ cgm. You need to make sure you use a pH and perfume free soap to wash your arm really well first, let it fully dry and then use and alcohol wipe to thoroughly clean the whole area around where your libre and patch are going to be placed. I have found the patches last the full 15 day's. They actually take some real pulling to get off with the adhesive when my sensor needs changing. I'm a bit confused why people say they don't work as I've not had a single problem. I think they are worth every penny as they are waterproof for showers and swimming and they have really protected my libre from coming off when changing clothes or simply moving around. Id honestly not look at any other brand as these suit my purpose perfectly and they can save your cgm as honestly without the patches I'd definitely of lost one by now. So far I haven't lost a single one thanks to these! Easy to apply and I remove the centre patch so it directly sticks to the cgm and my skin( this is optional). This is what works for me though. No irritation at all and using a mirror helps with the application part. Really wish they did some more colours or patterns as I mix my colours up. Why blend in? Honestly though, don't look anywhere else for patches for your libre2 plus!

Purchased for use with Freestyle Libre 2 Plus after I found that the device would fall off after 45 minutes. I used the patch in conjunction with SkinTac wipes to ensure good adhesion and it did not disappoint. It was easy to apply and kept the device secure for the full 15 days of operation the Libre has. The patch did peel a small amount on one edge after about 6 days but a small application of more SkinTac and the edge stuck back down not coming off again. At the end of the 15 days the patch peeled off relatively easily although it did leave a mark on my skin for about 5 days after. Picture shows the patch at the end of 15 days use. Did the job for me so thumbs up.

I thought I would try these, as they looked like some thought had gone into them from the blurb. Overall, pretty disappointed considering these are double the cost of the ones I normally buy. Firstly, these are larger than my normal ones - not necessarily a bad thing, as I thought it might provide better adhesion. But no, after 2 weeks, they looked just as bad. Not what I expected for the price (and not in a good way). Secondly, the pack comes with a leaflet with 7 steps for applying the patch and then on the back a lot of conditions for optimising the bonding of the patch, e.g. "3. The less active you are after applying the patch the better the chance...of bonding with your skin. Ideally, no exercise or sweating for 2 hours and even longer if possible. This bonding period is crucial to the next 10 days of patch adhesive ability. If you sweat within 2 hours after patch application, your patch is unlikely to last more than a few days." "4. Clothes rubbing on the patch within a few hours of application will also cause the patches to last shorter periods. Ideally no interaction with the patch within a few hours to ensure best sticking ability." And so on. So I'm guessing these are a no for people who sweat, and not much good in hot weather either. And make sure you have time to sit still and sleeveless for a couple of hours after application. It feels like a lot of disclaimers if it doesn't work for you, and the language holds the customer at fault. According to Not Just a Patch, If it doesn't work for you, it's not the fault of their patch, it's because you've done the wrong thing or have the wrong sort of skin. If you need that amount of instructions for what's basically a big plaster, then I think there's a usability problem. The photos show what mine looked like after 2 weeks. If you couldn't already tell, I won't be buying these again. I'm going back to my previous patches, which were smaller, have minimal instructions, and although they looked similar to NJaP after 2 weeks, they're half the price of these NJaP.

Since my Diabetes Specialist Nurse introduced me to the Libre Freestyle 2 sensor in 2024, I looked for covers and found this brand, which are the best. I initially bought single colour packs from Diabetes UK, then found these multi coloured packs on Amazon, and this is my second repeat order. They protect your sensor when showering then you can just put a dry cover on afterwards. They are expensive for what they are, but they work, and that's the important thing.

Negatives .. Four star only im afraid, although states waterproof, when bathing the adhesive becomes non adhesive and starts peeling. Positive.. Easy to use, they fit nice.

I’ve tried other sensor covers and they dont stay on after a week they start to peel off or I’ve had allergic reaction to them so saw these and thought it worth a try I was expecting them to peel off but after a week of wearing one and many showers the cover hasn’t peeled off only tiny bit round the edges as can see in photos but others have completely peeled off round the edges after this time iit’s still firmly in place comfortable to wear and the easiest sensor covers to apply out of all the ones I’ve tried I love the bright colours as well I can highly recommend these it’s worth spending a bit more money I’ve ordered them on subscription because I’m so happy with them

It's great quality, lasts throughout the cgm's life and I go to the gym and shower everyday, sometimes more than once It's going to be a stable in my diabetes management supplies

It sure does stick. Water proof is correct whack of a time taking them off even with soaking it. Does the job for sure!

I had ordered another patch before finding this one. My sensor kept getting ripped of, and I was frustrated. I ordered this patch, and finally was able to get the full 14 days out of my Libre. Great product.
