This is easy to use and much cheaper than a neti pot. It really helped when I had sinus congestion.

I was surprised by how much this simple kit helped with congestion! The bottle is a good size — plenty of capacity to fully rinse both sides without refilling, yet still comfortable to hold. The pre-measured packets make it easy to get the right mix every time, and the tip fits gently in the nostril. Why did you pick this product vs others?:My Navage sinus cleaning system was no longer strong enough to clean out my nasal/sinus passages. I had tried the Neilmed years earlier but without realizing it I was missing a piece and it was awkward and messy to use it. I gave Neilmed another try and it has the parts and worked better and cleaned up more easily than Navage. I had left over saline capsules which I used in the Neilmed. After 3 months of use my nose is cleaner, much more open and I am discharging much less nasal mucus Ease of cleaning:Rinses easily.

Works great. Low price, geta new one every season. Fill bottle with water, never tap water, 20 seconds in the microwave, pour medicine in shake, flush. Flushes sinuses clean. Comes with plenty of medicine.

I regret buying this product so late. This nasal rinse product is very effective. A few days ago, I was suffering from a runny nose, but after using it, my nose no longer hurt, and the runny nose stopped. Every household should have a nasal rinse product.

I am 59 years old, and I have never breathed better. I Know this is wonderful stuff, it's hauled material out my nose, and down my throat that has been in there since I was a teenager, I'm sure! These treatments are Godsent. I have been using them consistently three times a day for the last 3 months, and I believe my blood pressure has even come down😉???I would recommend this to anybody that doesn't realize the sinuses do go to your ear. This is not just breathing from your nose, it's pushing everything in those tubulars, OUT! You may feel a bit dizzy at times, cuz it does throw you off a little bit, you can equalize your brain out by plugging your nose and pushing gently until you feel your ears kind of popping. This helps, the Saline is moving through.
