Evened out my colour. Took the brassiness out due to colour fade between trips to my hairdresser. Hair feels in better condition. Really Pleased with the result.

I picked Cool Brown hoping it would help tone down a bodged balayage, where the hairdresser used the wrong base colour and lifted my natural medium brown hair to a gingery brown. Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes because of the state my hair was in, but it’s actually done a decent job.The colour came out much darker than I expected (though I know it’ll fade with a few washes). It’s covered all the balayage highlights, but to be fair, I expected that too. I do feel it’s a true cool brown, and if I’d used it before the balayage disaster, it probably would’ve neutralised any brassy tones in the highlights perfectly.Overall, the product definitely works, just be mindful the shade is a deep, cool brown.

Such a great product for toning brunette hair. I dyed my hair blonde previously, but went back to my natural brunette and the brassy tones were showing through. Using this has helped me get rid of the brassy tones and keep my hair looking cohesive and brunette. Would 100% recommend.

My daughter has blonde highlighted hair. As we all know it can get dull and dry. I bought this product for her ans she says she will never be without it. It brightens up her hair and the condition is fab. I buy it in the brunette and I can only say it is marvellous. I won't be without it either.

My hairstylist recommended this cool brown toner instead of purple shampoo and it works great. Unfortunately, I bought the 250ml version and wanted to Subscribe & Save, but Amazon sent me the 30ml instead. They refunded me the cost, but it was gutting because I was hoping Amazon would be a reliable source for this.

I got this after recently dying my hair red again and was really hopeful that it would keep the colour vibrant whilst keeping my hair healthy and moisturised. I was really disappointed and quite surprised at the lack of any sort of treatment/conditioning feeling after using it. I couldn’t understand why I was having this experience since other people said their hair felt nice after so I tried leaving the product on for both 3 mins and during another wash, 10 mins. Both times my hair did not feel nourished and I needed to use a deep conditioning mask afterwards and lots of hair oil.It was really disappointing because I followed the instructions exactly and have used a different product in the past when I had red hair that definitely did not leave my hair feeling dry as this product has. For the price it cost too, it was just a disappointment.

This is one of the most pigmented purple conditioners! Works amazing with the evo purple shampoo. Long lasting shine as it is sulphate and paraben free.
