I got this product as an easy way to add additional greens to my diet. I’ve been trying it for about 3 weeks now and I notice a small difference in my energy levels. I suffer with IBS and I definitely feel this has reduced the bloated feeling I suffer from at times. The powder is easy to mix into juice or smoothies, this helps to disguise the taste and slight grainy texture. The tub is useful to store the product in and includes a measuring scoop. There is enough powder for around 6-7 weeks if using as directed.

Easy way to get the nutrients I'm missing from my diet. Some people have to take it in a smoothie etc but I find it easy to drink just adding to water.

I do not recommend it much. It doesnt taste good and doesnt dissolve easily

My little girl is tube fed and we mix this in with her feed...she is THRIVING!!!!

The powder isn’t as fine, it taste awful. It’s not for me unfortunately. I’m gutted
