A few weeks ago I decided I owed it to my younger self to finally learn how to solve a Rubix cube, so I baught the cheapest one I could find. Once I acquired the cube I learned how to solve it I ended up finding it really fun. I kept getting faster and then I kept getting stuck on my cheap rubix cube jammed and it even exploded. I finnaly decided to splurge a little and get a cool cube with magnets. When this came in and I tried it I was so shocked. Smooth turning solid corner cutting, and turns out magnets are a game changer. So long story short this cube is amazing and better than I imagined, five stars so worth the money.

its amazing how much better a good cube can make you! this is a amazing cube especially for the price. 30 d0llars may seem a bit hefty for a Rubik's cube but when you get it you see where the money went. it is fast maneuverable any easy to handle.durability is quite good but be careful not to drop it. I dropped it on hardwood and it damaged it slightly but not to big of a deal. but the one thing I will say is this is not a beginner cube because of the price this is for people who can solve the cube and want a better one or have a cube collection and want a good 3x3 for the collection. I did some tests and here are the results for me.( I'm reviewing this product about 4 months after purchase ) before the gan I averaged about 35 to 40 seconds with a few 29 second personal bests. when I got this I dropped to around 35 seconds only no 40 second solves. after about 2 months I was consistently getting under 35 seconds to 25 seconds setting my personal best at 25 seconds. 4 months later with a lot of practice mind you I am now always under 30 seconds and have a personal best of 19 seconds. this cube has done wonders for me and improved my cubing hobby. highly recommend. however most of that skill increase was via practice and learning new algorithms the cube did help me quite a bit. my only complaint is that in order to keep the cube functional and healthy a large amount of lube and lots of cleaning. I use a tooth brush to clean it and a rag and I use speed cube shop martian lube and weight 6.i can say with confidence that this is the best cube I own. and I hope my review helped you to decide if you want this cube. happy cubing!! :)

I got the original 3x3 cube for Christmas when it came out when I was in fourth grade. Messing with my son’s cube last weekend made me want to get my own and be able to solve it again without instruction. I have never lost the ability to get the first two layers. This weekend I relearned the last layer and found the algorithms to be novel, clever, and fun. I got the GAN cube this morning and am on my way to being able to solve. This cube is fantastic. The light magnets make it ridiculously easy to manipulate, the cube is light and spins beautifully. No more sore fingers and fiddling like the old days. Love the little extras that come with the cube, like the case, carrying bag, and the instructions. Definitely worth the few extra dollars.

I’m not sure how to give this review. The first one we had ordered was used. The people before must have switched the cube for a cheaper one. After receiving the replacement we immediately noticed it was sealed! The first was not. The first was awful, did not have the logo, nor could you see the things on the corner. It didn’t have a case either.The replace is exactly what we ordered and it has a case!! So things definitely not mixed up there.The cube is amazing and my son loves it!! I absolutely recommend for beginners
