Chef'n Hand-Held Slicer Strawberry Slicester, Cherry/Meringue

I love this for cutting up my son’s strawberries! It’s easy to use and easy to clean in the dishwasher. It’s been well loved already and still working great!

Love this little tool. Perfect for strawberries and olives. No good for hard boiled eggs or cherry tomatoes. Limited uses, but great for the ones it does

Great for slicing strawberries

Pros: Love the clip to secure when not in useCons: 1) cuts wider slices than previous device2) holds water like crazy when placed in dish-washer3) occasionally 'flings' berry slices beyond targetOverall, it does what it says it will do which is slice berries. The brand I previously owned was the ideal but after a few years of service gave up. One other positive aspect of this slicer is that it is designed better than my previous device. The 'jaw' uses a double action hinge which effectively reduces the effort to slice. It's probably also why it flings berry slices from time to time.

We've gone through a handful of the strawberry shaped cutters, and each would break after a while. This one feels sturdy and was easy to use. It cut through some of the larger strawberries without any issues. It was simple to use and easy to clean up after.

I love strawberries. I hate cutting them. This tool makes slicing them a breeze. I don't know where this has been all of my life!
