The best whistle for teachers!
I love this whistle. I am a teacher, and I need a whistle for outdoor recess. I have tried several whistles and I actually bought this brand because a coworker has one, and her whistle was always so loud and effective, and every other whistle I tried always took too much air to make a loud noise, wasn’t loud enough, and one just actually never even worked. This one has a nice cricket sounding ring to it! And it’s plastic and lightweight, so it’s easy to hang from my everyday teacher lanyard (and doesn’t jingle my keys either!) Not to mention all the cute color options available! I really recommend this whistle.

Fox 40 whistles are the only kind you should buy if you are a serious official or coach or to alert people about ICE in the area. No pea. Came with lanyards. Perfect.

Great safety device for spouse's key chain. Keeps stray dogs away while you are walking.
This whistle is SO LOUD, that the FIRST TIME you use it, your ears will ring for several minutes! I keep one near the front porch to run off stray dogs. My GF keeps one on her key chain to signal for help in the event of problems or an assault. The other I keep in my car. I recommend the 3 pack from a money saving standpoint. You will use ALL three - trust me. There are NO MOVING parts - it's design gives it an ear piercing high pitched shriek. ATTTENTION GETTING DEVICE FOR SAFETY! As an added input here, yes, I was a basketball ref and this is the best for all sports officials.
