So i bought this about 6 months ago for my restaurant and its not working already.Super bummed. Not to happy that i cant figure out who to contact about the issue.

Boss hates it, my employees love it! So I do random stuff just to piss the owner off.... pretty sure he hates me anyway, lol 😂 but I love it, and I’m the only that counts so there’s that!

OK so here is the deal.the light is so so meaning its not that good. but the magnetic ink detector works GREAT. and the machine is smaller then is earlier model.for the money its a good but. We don't use the magnifying glass to much or the light but always the magnetic detector where it makes a sound.

We needed a counterfeit detector to quickly identify the counterfeits and validate the bill. in the past we used the pen, but they are costly on daily use, so we switch to a machine like this.One of the way we check is the magnetic ink on the treasury seal and the president's portrait. The biggest flaw we find with this unit is the magnetic detector is not the most sensitive, there is a significant delay before it will generate a beep to identify the bill has magnetic ink. While it works, it does not work well all the time and require multiple swipes before it can identify the bill.All others like watermark, micro-print are easily enough to let the cashier validate the bill.

Accuracy, been 100% accurate. Detected a few fakes so paid for itself

This is by far the best counterfeit detectors available for the price. The audible alarm makes it simple for our cashiers to quickly determine the validity of all bill denominations. We use one at each register.
