Great add in for making crunchy treats
These puffs are expensive, but when you are on a carb restricted diet trying to add protein, these mix well for making low carb scotcharoos or crispy treats. Great add in for some of your sugar free crunch treats.

Just as pictured
I’m giving it four stars because it is crispy and I believe it tastes like it should. But I’m going to use it to make granola. I have not had a chance to do that yet..

Great find!!!
I have been looking for a product like this forever! It reminds me of Rice Krispies . . . only healthy! If you’re looking to up your protein intake (who isn’t???), look no further. I add mine to my Power Balls for an added crunch. They also work great as a topping on parfaits or almost any kind of dessert or ice cream. My daughter gives them to her toddlers in a bowl, with nothing else! They love them!

An ideal protein for keto/diabetics IMHO
Kind of the ideal protein! A complete protein that's got a lovely crunch (great for salad dressings or in yogurt) and an amazing nutritional deal: low carb (4g), low fat (1g), and 18g protein for just 100 calories. Thoroughly impressed. The taste is very mild but I like it.

*NOT WHEY ISOLATE*
BE CAREFUL! These are apparently whey concentrate now, not isolate. I bought the 3lb bag and was quite upset. Amino profile is different, and there’s only 2 ingredients. But still. Big big difference if you know your protein.

Super versatile protein source
I held off buying this for months because 3 pounds of whey crisps is a commitment. And it was my first purchase with this brand. I'm happy I took a chance, I'm finding multiple ways to eat (and enjoy) these crisps throughout the day. They have no flavor, except that natural whey flavor if you eat it straight up plain. But mixed with anything else and you won't taste it but you'll get a satisfying crunch. I thought to search for protein crisps after having some from Promix. They make protein bars with puffs like these, but they're super expensive and too much sugar. These puffs help me cut down on the money I'd spend on protein bars. It's easy to make your own. I play around with combining nut butter, almond flour, date paste, vanilla extract, unsweetened chocolate shavings, a little water, and the protein puffs. When I'm in a rush (or can't be bothered), I just mush up a banana, sprinkle cacao powder and maca powder on top, and stir in the protein puffs to make a not-very-pretty mash but it tastes SO GOOD and it's incredibly filling. It's a simple and versatile food with a low calorie footprint. I'll be repurchasing in like a year when the 3 lbs runs out 😂

Surprisingly tasty!
So far I’ve tried them with yogurt and protein pudding. Adds a nice amount of texture and crunch. I think I’m gonna try to make a high protein “crispy” treat with these.

Good taste, use as trail mix or cereal ingredient
Good taste, mixes well with able anything found in a trail mix, or cereal if you eat them quick before they soak up too much milk, not a crunchy as their soy protein puffs, but much easier on the gut if you eat a little more than you should
