Vinyl Siding Repair Kit, Cover Any Cracks, Holes, or Blemishes on Vinyl Siding (12 Patches)

I noticed big cracks and pieces missing off of my siding and had no idea how to fix it. When I saw this product, I was skeptical because it got mixed reviews. The material is EXTREMELY thin and you can see the outline of the holes underneath. However, I applied this on a rainy day after cleaning with alcohol..it continued to rain that day and two days after...it's been a week and a half and it has held up great! Description states that you can paint over this to match your siding. After doing some research, I'd suggest vinyl spackle first and the applying this but honestly, I'm just grateful this has held up through a lot of rain and win at such an affordable price!

I got these vinyl siding repair patches to cover some holes and cracks in my sidings. The patches work like white stickers, easy to cut, peel from the backing paper, and stick onto the cracks or holes. I painted two coats over the patches and surrounding area with external paints to match the sidings. I can still see the patches when standing within a few feet due to their thickness, but cannot tell the difference from more than 5 ft away.In general, these vinyl repair patches are of good quality, reasonable price, and versatile uses.

As most reviews have said, this is very thin vinyl tape. It is NOT small vinyl repair pieces.If you are happy with that fact, buy it. If you want a more permanent repair, research an alternative.

All in all... this is a good product. Easy to use and saved me money in siding replacement as I patched numerous holes. Gave it a 3, but would have been a 5 if the material was actually white as opposed to a primer type color. Also have to be wary of air bubbles. With that said... you will have to paint if you want everything to match and after having to paint, really didn't save much money. If I had to do it over, I'd probably just use caulk. Just my .02

One of our kids hit a ball into the corner of our siding and left a hole, so I purchased this kit to repair it. It was very easy to use—I just cleaned the area, peeled off the backing, and stuck it on. I haven’t painted over it yet to match the siding, but for now, it gives me peace of mind knowing that rain and snow won’t get into the hole. A simple and effective solution for minor siding damage.

First of all, this is NOT a piece of vinyl, more like tape, but slightly thicker. It has good adhesion if you properly clean the surface it's going over. I used isopropyl alcohol. I didn't need to trim the patch material, just applied it over a large section of broken vinyl siding. I used a second piece over the top. Latex paint adheres to it with no problem. Just keep in mind what this product is, and determine if it'll work in your particular application.

Used it today. Worked so perfectly it was difficult to find our repairs. Had siding paint color matched at Lowe’s. Perfect

This product is thinner than vinyl contact paper. There's no support to repair any open damage to siding. The color is ultra white, not white and is very visible on white siding. Not impressed by this product.
