Bought it for a friend at work who is retiring soon. He loved it. I had his name engraved. He is Sr. and can pass it down to his son Jr.

I was disappointed that the inscription was hard to see. I expected the names to be a little bolder and more visible.

I can't say enough good things about DaySpring's customer service. I wished anything I remembered the lady's name I spoke with but I believe that the whole team is amazing! The pen I ordered was a gift to a coworker of mine that I had personalized for a right-handed person but when I realized he was a left handed I called the company to have it switched but it was too late cause they had already engraved and had it ready to mail out (they are really quick). When I explained to them what happened they were happy to get the pen and although it was too late to change it they offered to engrave the other side of the pen for a reasonable amount and I was like Yes! So the pen not only had his name engraved but when he uses it, the side up has his favorite Bible verse on it. Thank you DaySpring!!!

I have bought this pen to commemorate milestones of my children and friends. Everyone has loved the beautiful pen and how it is presented in such a beautiful case. And the fact that you can engrave it makes it so much more special!
