Good..but lock which setting to color jar very week..this is disadvantage prouduct

Received the product in a good condition and packaging was very good and I started using the machine, but after using 5 to 10 minutes the machine stopped working and the machine is a bit hot but not so much hot. so what would be the problem and what will be the solution?
