Good for aches and pains
I found these to ease aches and pains. I tend to suffer with neck pain and find these to be effective in reducing and shortening the duration of the symptoms. They also work well for sore muscles as a result of weight training

These capsules work, I had a lot of pain in my legs and hips I have been taking these capsules for over a year I have no pain at all now, I would not be without them. Highly recommended.

Its ok
Not much to say about these they appear to be helping along with a healthy balanced diet. They dont have a taste to begin with but i did get some flavor through out the day when i had to burb etc. I would buy these again as these are good supplements to add to your daily dose
